Guide Tips:

Click on the door's handle(for the mall's entrances) and the glass doors (for the store's entrance) to open or close doors. To open door, just click the left door's handle bar/glass door, and to close it click the right door's handle bar/glass door (vice versa when you're inside the mall or shops.

When going to floor levels, just click on the steps of the escalator and you will automatically be moved to the other floor.
